I have only recently started working with a Mac so I'm not sure if this is a Sketchup for Mac problem or a Vray problem. Unfortunately, we do not have a PC with Vray on it any longer so I am stuck trying to figure out exactly what is going wrong. The only solution I have found to fix this problem is to open the file on a PC and 'sync all materials with Vray'. What happens is when I open these 'corrupt' files all the materials in material library are constantly rearranged until SU gives up and crashes. I have recently run into a problem with Vray crashing SU when ever I try and open certain files.
